Cruise II

My photography is made to capture a moment, a time that cannot be replicated due to feelings or emotions at that present time. I want to capture beauty everywhere I go, and in doing so I make sure each shot is like an image someone has never seen and from a different perspective. This project in particular was something that was on a whim as I was fortunate enough to go on a cruise through most of the places that were affected by Hurricane Irma just weeks after I left. I was able to capture the simplicity of all these wonderful places and the peacefulness that was upon not just the people but the buildings too. I made sure to take as much as possible, and stopping for the right shot if it felt right. There were other places I could not get to in time, but I made sure to get a certain amount for each place I went to depending on the size and scale of where I was.
